Orders are still being sent as usual, and customer support is running as usual again. Please be patient with our team, they are trying their hardest to get to all queries as quickly as possible.
If you have already emailed and have not received a response, our team will get back to you as soon as they get to your email, always within 24 hours.
No signatures required, All UK orders are sent with Royalmail who are operating contact-less deliveries.
Deliveries are taking a couple of days extra in some cases, please be patient and your order will arrive.
Don't worry if you can't return in time we are being very very flexible as long as the items are unworn with all labels attached, if you can email us to let us know if you are having trouble returning, we will extend the return period.
Due to Brexit, the UK leaving the EU, all orders to Europe may experience delays. We are still processing and dispatching orders to Europe, but some are taking much longer than usual to be delivered.
There may also be local VAT to pay on arrival of your items.
We are trying to find a better solution but all couriers are currently struggling. We are sorry about this.
