Delivery Policy

Delivery can be to any address in the UK, Europe and the Rest of the World. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

UK next day delivery

£5.99 regardless of the size or value of your order

  •  Available between Monday to Saturday. Orders must be placed before 2pm (11am Saturday) to ensure next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders place on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and arrive with you on Tuesday. You will be informed of a tracking number for your parcel so you can see its progress
  • If you are not there to take delivery of your parcel a calling card will be left, your order might be left with a neighbour.



EU delivery

Standard Delivery:

Tracked delivery: 3-5 days

£8.99 This is with a tracking number.


Rest of the World

Standard Delivery:

Tracked delivery: 7-10 days

£9.99 This is with a tracking number.



Force Majeure shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.


Returns Policy

Money back guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from, please return it in its original condition within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. Some products, such as earrings, and underwear, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description.

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations any goods returned to us by or on behalf of the purchaser for whatever reason, that are not fit for resale as determined by ourselves (including but not limited to - items screwed up into packaging or inappropriate packaging that causes item damage/distress, dirt marks, odours such as perfume/smoke/deodorant, animal hairs) will not be accepted.

Returning the Parcel


Free returns from anywhere in the UK

  • Go to : (royalmail Tracked returns and search for icecoolfashion
    • Follow the steps to create your label, the Invoice Number will be found on your invoice (right hand side, in the middle)
    • You can then print the label or you will be sent an email with a QR code to take to the post office.
  • Please ensure all original labels on the outer packaging have been removed or covered over.

Outside the UK

  • Please note the cost of the return is the customer responsibility.


  • The item must be repacked in the same condition as it was received.
  • Attach the return address label from the top right of the invoice slip to your return parcel.
  • You will then need to return the package to a Post Office counter.
  • Obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office; this will act as your proof of return.
  • The returned parcel is the customer’s responsibility until it is received by us. As a result we suggest customers use a delivery service where they can track their return


  • We will process a refund to returned items that are in accordance with our returns policy.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
  • Once the product has been received and inspected we will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return.
  • After you have received the email please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
  • If you are returning an item because it is unwanted delivery charge is non refundable.
  • If the product is returned because it is defective or not the one you ordered will we issue a full refund including the delivery charge after our inspection has taken place.


  • You can exchange an item for another size or colour, and it will be sent to you free of charge.
  • You can exchange for another item, if the price is different you will be refunded or charged the difference, and then posted to you free of postal costs.


United Kingdom

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order if we have not stated the process prior to shipping, please check by email or phone to confirm the status of your order, and if we can cancel it will be with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken.


All orders taken before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, Monday - Friday. And before 11am on Saturdays.
